Great Location Close to Station

helpful staff great location

The staff is very helpful and kind. The room had everything I needed. The location is great, as it is close to the Termini Station. Some main attractions are within walking distance.

The room is very basic. There isnt any decoration and it was dark because it faced the backyard. The building is old, so it is very noisy.

The reception is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, after that access is possible using a code. A whatsapp number is available for assistance if needed, expect quick replies. The building has an elevator.

The room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. Towels were plentiful. The bathroom was clean. There is some outside noise, but the room itself is quiet, and I slept well.

i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly . the free luggage storage was really useful, allowing me to explore the area without carrying bags. my room was a decent size, and i found the bed to be comfy. i also received clear instructions via email on how to find the reception.

the gap between the door and floor was quite big, so i could hear noise and light from the hallway.
